FUB - follow up boss

Follow Up Boss is the CRM we are using will require an individual account for each business.

Single account with one person access is $69.

This provides an unlimited number of customers/clients that can be stored in the CRM. We can manually load each customer into the CRM and we can set up a website landing page to enter the information into the CRM through an automated link.

Also we are being told that we can use LiveHelpNow (online chat) to automatically load information into the CRM as well. A person chats with us or texts and then entered into the CRM through automation.

Once we have the person's information entered into the CRM we can then send the weekly text to all of the people in the CRM on Any Given Day and at any given time simultaneously. This can be preprogrammed it can also be done with emails as well. We do have to have the approval of the website and the various cellular carriers in order to do this texting and be approved through follow up boss.

Getting an approved web page/website will be necessary for this setup which will be standard for each client.
